Our Story
From a two-person desk to a 60-recruiter bench
Merlla began as a two-person recruitment desk in Indiranagar, filling niche engineering roles that larger agencies weren’t built to handle carefully. As Bangalore’s tech and BFSI sectors scaled, so did we, building specialised verticals, an in-house RPO practice, and a compliance team that keeps contract staffing painless.
Today, Merlla is a 60-person team working across IT & Tech Staffing, RPO and Contract & Payroll Staffing, but the model hasn’t changed: recruiters who specialise deeply, and move fast without cutting corners.
